This is my first post as a blogger! I am a first grade teacher at an elementary school in Fort Stockton, Texas. I love my job! It is the position, in the school, with the faculty I always dreamed of, and my little first graders are ..., well..., they're mine. So, I love them!
I hope to use this blog as a means to share all the ideas that fill up my teacher notebooks and as a way to get ideas when I feel drained of inspiration. The inspiration flows from me, but also towards me from my fellow teachers and from the kids themselves. The inquiring minds are, obviously, in the little heads that fill my room, but also includes my own "noggin"! I hope to post and read more in the months to come. Happy reading,
